When you arrive for your appointment you are greeted warmly and you feel as though they truly care not only about your dental health but about you as a person. The staff is well equipped in their field and they are trained to be friendly and to know about you as an individual. They always ask me about my family, my interests and my well-being and they do so with sincerity.. More importantly, they practice dentistry with high integrity. They explain everything so that you are clear in your understanding as to what they are doing and why they are doing it. At the same time, they will not try to do work that is not needed. They will tell you if there are concerns to be aware of and to monitor but they will only offer work that needs to be done in a timely manner and they will explain why in very clear and reasonable terms. They also work diligently to make any procedure as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend Dr. Craig highly enough.
